The ambiance at Adiyamalathanna is truly enchanting. Imagine being enveloped by a cool, misty air that adds an ethereal touch to your dining experience. The restaurant’s charm lies in its dark yet inviting space, making it an ideal stop regardless of the weather. It is often described as the last haven before the peak, drawing visitors to pause, reflect, and savor delicious meals while relishing the quietude.

Though specific menu items weren't detailed, you can expect that each offering embodies the rich flavors of traditional Sri Lankan cuisine. With quality foods at reasonable prices, as acclaimed by customer Heshana Vimukthi, every meal promises to be delightful and fulfilling. This café's reputation is well-established among those journeying from Rathanapura and Kuruvita. Customer Naalin Perera mentions its significance as a resting point before reaching the summit, recommending it for any traveler needing a quick revitalizing break.

I very much like the vibe of this place at any day of the year. Dark, Misty, silent and very cold. This is the last stop you find before the top of the mountain.

If you are travelling from Rathanapura and Kuruvita this is the last resting/sleeping point called Ambalama before you reach summit. Cafeteria is open pilgrim season. Only problem is very badly maintain toilet. Hatton road also located near by.
